It is a volatile liquid extracted from plants (seeds, bark, leaves, branches, roots, flowers, fruits, and other parts) by steam distillation, pressing, etc. It has the properties of plant regeneration, protection, and immune enhancement. Essential oils have tiny, fat-soluble molecules that easily and quickly penetrate the skin. Many essential oils have antibacterial and anti-infective properties and help promote the healing of emotional, physical, and spiritual wounds.
All therapies that convey the effects of essential oils through the skin and respiratory system can be referred to as aromatherapy. There are many different types of aromatherapy, such as natural fumigation, massage, bathing, etc. Today we are discussing essential oil aromatherapy.
Be sure to choose natural plant essential oils that are pure, safe, and effective CPTG certified for aromatherapy. If you do not select pure natural plant essential oils, but use synthetic aromatic hydrocarbons, the body has no way to absorb degradation; it is recommended not to use them. The use of the human body is very damaging!
Essential oil molecules are conducted to the brain through the nasal cavity and are used to regulate the body’s skills, influence emotions, and balance the endocrine system.
You can use it both day and night. During the day, choose essential oils that refresh the mind, such as citrus and leaf oils.
At night, choose the essential oils that help you sleep, such as large trees, flowers, and other essential oils, or compounded blend of essential oils to help you sleep.

So it is highly recommended to have an essential oil diffuser in each room; incense can enter the nervous system, brain, etc., thus soothing fatigue and balancing emotions.
